Does Colorado list the actual miles on the title my bank is picky?

This is a very clean car which I purchased from a gentleman in SC. Car was taken apart and the 302 c4 was removed (non matching)all new everything too much to list.500 hp very fast and dependablePaint is 8.5 out of 10 but looks very presentableI have the dash inserts like the wood grain that will come with the car. This mustang was done by power house automotive in girard pa they build world class mustangs.
