Listing Policy

Please read carefully. By agreeing to the listing policy, you agree to ALL of the following:

Any vehicle offered for sale through Mautofied.com, has no affiliation directly or indirectly with Mautofied.com or Mautofied Inc as they are only the publisher of the website. It is at the user’s sole discretion that they buy, trade, or sell with any third party. Mautofied.com and Mautofied Inc. is not liable in any way for the outcome of third party transactions. All transactions are done at the risk of the parties involved.

When selling a vehicle, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle at the price at which, and the terms on which, you've listed it. You must have possession of the actual vehicle listed and the ability to transfer title. To list a vehicle for sale on Mautofied.com, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any vehicle listed for sale on Mautofied.com, nor may you use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. Sell Your Car listings are available only to private sellers and dealers whose vehicles are modified and we reserve the right to decide what qualifies a vehicle as modified. Mautofied.com reserves the right to remove any listing in which the vehicle is not modified, any listing that contains inappropriate content, or anything not pertaining to this site. In any of the stated cases no refund will be given. Mautofied.com reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate.

Responsibility for the information contained in listings lies with each seller. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all e-mail messages transmitted through Mautofied.com. Nothing will undermine a user's confidence in the vehicle you're looking to sell faster than inaccurate statements or misleading representations about the vehicle. And since any erosion of user confidence in you is likely to be accompanied by erosion of user confidence in us, we care deeply about making sure that the information you supply is accurate and that, in all respects, you treat Mautofied.com users fairly and honorably.

Though we can't monitor every transaction that originates on Mautofied.com, we may perform random quality assurance tests to confirm that those who offer vehicles for sale over Mautofied.com are prepared to sell the vehicles they advertise at the prices at which, and the terms on which, they advertise them. By using our Sell Your Car service, you agree to cooperate in these random quality assurance tests. If our tests reveal, or we otherwise learn, that a seller is engaging in "bait and switch" or other unfair or deceptive practices, Mautofied.com reserves the right to deny that seller use of the Sell Your Car service.

Although Mautofied.com cannot monitor all the listings posted to our website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any listings or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. By using Mautofied.com you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy Mautofied.com. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review the content of private electronic messages that are not addressed to Mautofied.com. However, we may occasionally release information concerning such communications when release is appropriate to comply with law (including disclosure in response to a request from a law enforcement agency), to enforce our Visitor Agreement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our site, our advertisers, the public or Mautofied.com.
Mautofied.com reserves the right to post fees for its listing services effective at a date it so chooses.

Specific Listing Features and Options

Listing Sale Price

Your sale price must reflect to the best of your knowledge the accurate market value for your vehicle.  This does not exclude any reasonable price inflation due to vehicle modifications and customizations.  Any listing with a price that is clearly fictitious price or elevated price to affect the listings display order will be locked or removed with no refund at our discretion.

Run Till it Sells

By choosing this option, you agree to the terms and condition of the Run Till it Sells listing option.  Listings that are Run Till it Sells can be renewed at no additional charge until the listings is sold.  Run Till it Sells listings are limited to one vehicle, to ensure that users do not sell multiple vehicles with one Run Till it Sells option all Run Till it Sells listings will be limited to edit every detail of their listing with the exception of the [Year] and [Make] fields.  In addition, Run Till it Sells listings are renewed instantly and are not eligible for upgrade of options at this time.

Illegal Bumping

Site users are allowed one free ad per user every 30 days. Under no circumstances can an ad be deleted and reposted repeatedly before the expiration of the original ad duration. This will be considered Illegal Bumping and will not be allowed. First infraction will constitute a warning. Second infraction will result in having the user’s account locked out. The user will loose all free posting rights. Featured Ads rotate through the front page and all the search and listing page footers and get maximum exposure. Site users are allowed as many Featured Ads per vehicle that they care to purchase.

Legal Bumping   

Site users may post news or information in the forums, which rotate through the front page and category pages, and keep information about their listings current by asking for bumps in order to gain attention for their listing. This is Legal Bumping and is highly recommended. Legal Bumping and Featured Ads will get maximum exposure for your ride. Good Selling!!

Any infraction of Mautofied.com’s listing policy which causes a paid ad to be terminated will result in no refund of any kind.
