| This is a great truck and runs and drives like new,because it pretty much is. It has the 5.7L and a fully rebuilt tranny with new kickdown cable,torqe converter and towng shift kit and cooler about 3500 miles ago. The truck had a strange howl from the drive train and i was told it was the t-case so i purchased a full rebuilt t- case with all new sensors. That was not the howl. it ended up being the rear end pinion gear so i just put in new 3-42 gears,bearing and seals in that also.I dont know the full history on the engine but it does not leak or burn any oil and runs very stong. The engine has a brand new water pump,belt,plugs,wires,cap,rotor and k&n filter,coolant and a ran valvaline max life in engine,tranny,t-case an full syntech in the front and rear diffs.Both front axle shafts are new delco replacement,the brakes are good,tires are in great shape,the four wheel drive works perfect. Inside it has pl,pw,tilt,cruise,air that blows cold,sony cd with remote and is in very good condition.The only things wrong with the truck are you have to turn the left signal off manualy and the bright lights are on a toogle switch. I think a new turn signal switch would cure both problems. I dont care if i sell this truck or not but i would like to see what kinda offers i can get on it for something new to play with. It now has a older western plow on it, the plow is in great shape and works perfect. |
