just replaced the tires, put on brand new Michelin pilot sports a / s3. Have less then 1k miles on them. ($1000 alone ) Recent maintenance done @ 99k
Gates Timing belt kit.
Timing belt. Tensioner. All new seals. Bearings. Water pump. Thermostat.
The clutch is a stage 2 exedy clutch had less then 15k miles.
Car was very well maintained. It's ready to go the next 100k miles no problems. The not so good:
a little rough ride because of lowering springs (i dont mind it)
an axle recently started clicking (might fix soon)
