2nd gear shift sylenoid in the transmission

2005 chevy silverado motor runs strong, the only problem with this truck is 2nd gear shift sylenoid being out its about $150 to fix but it is still driveable.
it has a 6" suspension Lift, Power windows and locks. The rims are 20" Rockstars and the tires are 35/12.50/20 federal Couragia m/ts it has 4/11 gears in the rear the front are stock it has air ride suspension in the back,has dual catback exhaust.
