Got the car as a rolling shell (1995 240sx SE 110,xxx miles), I dropped in the 36k mile RB25 and tranny that I got from a friend at Vision Performance~ I wired in the entire R33 dash harness to make the swap a plug and play* No need to spend $400 on a premade one**
I installed a "knock off" Greddy intake manifold for hood clearance, so everything fits nicely, I tucked wires where they could be tucked along with all the vac lines.. It has MazWorx mounts and a Mckinny poly tranny mount, I painted the valve covers and the turbo heat shields to clean it up a bit, the intake is a solid 3" pipe, intercooler pipe is 2 3/4" into a LARGE Megan Racing FMIC, 2 slim fans on stock radiator (cools great), full coilover setup with camber plates, the downpipe is a 3" to a split 2" back to a single 3" pipe strait into 3" fully polished pipe back to the muffler, other than that the engine is bone stock which is great, no tuning needed!! also has 6000k HIDs and factory SE fog lights, 17" Etolie 3pc wheels 17x8f ~ 17x9.5r with a nasty offset, the head unit is a KenWood and has 2 small amps, one running the aftermarket door and sail panel speakers and one running a 10" RF P2, the battery is cleanly mounted in the trunk as well...
Anything else you wanna know, just ask*The exterior has a few sap burns as well as a FEW dings (its a factory 1995 paint job) but the paint and body is an easy 8 1/2 - 10 The interior is all black with the baller pattern seats and door panels, no rips or stains in the seats, carpet is still nice with JDM mats, has an HKS turbo timer, AutoMeter boost gauge as well as an Air/Fuel gauge (which is pointless and not hooked up) dash has 0 cracks, also has an all black grant steering wheel... Interior is an easy 9 1/2 - 10! I have a 2 year old son and am a single dad, the car is a blast but I do not feel safe with my son riding in the car... He is eye level with F250s front bumpers... (scary stuff) so if you have kids, please think that through first*** That's why I'm getting rid of the car I put my blood sweat and maybe even some tears in* So on to what I'm looking for : 4x4 FULL SIZE TRUCKS (on no less than 33s) ARE MY FIRST CHOICE!!
But make offer!! A/C and powersteering are not installed but I have everything to put it on (needs a slimmer fan) Also speedo needs resiotor spliced in for it to read correct* Temp gauge is tempermental as well* Other than that the car is amazing!! Anything else you want/need to know just ask! |
