| I have decided to see whats out there. I love the car and drive it 25 miles a day to and from work. It starts, runs, stops and drive well. It has the original forged 2.3 engine recently built with new bearings, rings, all seals and gaskets, new oil pump, original head that's been ported with three angle valve job, felpro 1035 high performance head gasket, ported upper intake, ported and knife edged lower intake, adjustable fuel regulator and adjustable cam gear. It has a spec stage 2 clutch and plate. I installed a 8.8 with 3.73 gears, have 3.55 gears included also, aftermarket lowers with boxed uppers, still has the factory disc brakes on rear. New Holley 255lph in tank pump. It has a aftermarket stainless header with 3" down pipe with 2.5" flows and mandrel bent 2.5" stainless tailpipes. Power master one wire alternator. It has Motorsport bullet 17x9 with 235 45 tires on front and new 275 40 bf sport comps on rear. New Heavy duty aluminum radiator with new twin fans and controller. The car has 51,xxx but miles will go up as I drive it almost daily. The paint I would say is a 7 out 10. It has a few blemishes but nothing that really stands out. It has the aluminum bi wing supports and new spats. The interior shows its age of 26 years, the seats are torn from the leather getting hard and the headliner is sagging. Dash pad is out of car at the moment being recovered. The car has a factory sunroof that's works both ways. It has dripped before in a really hard rain but doesn't leak in normal rain or car washing. UPDATE, THE SUNROOF HAS BEEN FIXED, THERE IS NO MORE LEAKS. There was nothing wrong with engine before the rebuild other than oil leaks from age of gaskets and seals but while it was out it has had new rings, bearings, seals, gaskets and oil pump installed. The factory boost controller is still on the car also just not being used at this time. The turbo is the factory garrett T3 that's been rebuilt and has a manual boost controller set on 18lbs (15 lbs is factory). The car has cold air, all gauges work properly, it has white overlays including the a/c and heater control panel with carbon fiber trim. New dual blue tooth cd player that's I phone compatible and matches the orange dash lighting and looks very modern. New speakers front and back. The car is a daily driver and reflects that, there are little bumps and bruises, nothing serious. It cleans up well, runs well, is dependable and gets 32mpg on the hwy. I have been on several trips including a trip to lions drag strip after the rebuild with zero problems. It runs 8.0s in the 1/8 and high 12s in the 1/4 on a e.t. street tire. Car looks stock under the hood with the exception of the adjustable cam gear and fogger nozzle (50 shot) in factory intercooler. These cars are set up more for handling than straight line performance. They are rare and came factory with five lug four wheel disc brakes, adjustable suspension, redesigned front tubular control arms, dual octane switch for regular or premium fuel that works and hurst short throw shifter. This car still rides on its original adjustable koni struts and shocks and rides and handles very well. I would rather trade and will entertain all offers. I will entertain cash offers as well but be real, there is a lot of time and money in car, thanks. Would like another foxbody convertible, I am partial to the 85 and 86 foxbody, Camaro, trans am, project cars in good shape, 72 and down cars or anything fast as long as its streetable and has a title. I have a air fuel ratio guage, blow off valves, front mount intercooler with all plumbing and clamps, two aftermarket boost gauges, guage pod and spare turbos I will let go with car for the right trade.
