I am putting my very hard to find '63 Pontiac back up for trade or sale...I have learned I do not have time to work on a car like I used to. I am willing to trade to late model daily driver like BMW X3,X5, Mercedes SUV, or another classic muscle car that I don"t have to "tinker with". I have plenty of photos if you'd like to see more. Please no Mustangs, unless they are "conv". Thank you all, lets do some bartering and find this rare car a new owner. Please check out the link, it is a very good...and interesting read on some of the fame these cars had in 1963. It may have to be "copied and pasted"http://bangshift.com/blog/thundering-bastard-the-day-a-super-duty-pontiac-tempest-destroyed-the-worlds-best-sports-cars.html Very hard to come by classic Pontiac, do some research on this one...I have and it's amazing what Pontiac did between 1961 and 1963 with these cars. John Zachary DeLorean was the actual designer of this series of cars way back then, he was also the "Head" of Packard before coming over to GM, he was an engineer that was way before his time...and yes the same guy that owned DMC. (DeLorean Motor Company) This Pontiac is equipped with original engine 326HiComp. dual four barrel carburetors (27K) and auto transmission. All the body panels are original, no rust, or damage...one re-paint. All original black interior with no wear or tears. Anyhow, just looking to see what kind of offers I might get and also share some knowledge with others about a truly collectable classic you just do not see anymore, think about whens the last time you actually seen one of these LeMans in this clean original shape ? Please check the link for more photos. Well, drop me a line or give me a call, Thanks all. |
