Listing Description Back to top
I'm listing this trying to get a potential buyer. The truck is a 95% complete show truck. The only incomplete part to the truck is wiring. The essentials were wired to get the truck up and driving, but all lights need to be wired. The truck is capable of being driven short distances, like around town and to cruise ins and such, but not across country to a show, unless you feel comfortable with it. I haven't driven it anywhere due to the fact of it not being tagged or insured, or having any working lights.

The truck was "completed" in July of this year after a 14 months of reconstruction. During the time the truck was completely disassembled...everything came off the frame but the cab, which would have been a pain in the butt to get off with 2 people. The truck was previously customized, so all of the bodywork was pretty much done, but was blocked and gone over again to ensure it was still good, and any problems were fixed. Below are a list of mods performed on the truck:

Exterior:
- Fully shaved body including the upper body line, door handles, gas lid door, tail lights, tailgate, antennae, cab seams, molded rocker to the cab, and many more I can't think of now.
- 3.5" Traditional body drop
- Grant Kustoms Full Size Chevy Bumper
- 9" leds in roll pan
- Suicide Driver Door
- All clear glass (new windshield)
- Sheetmetaled and tubbed bed with radiused corners
- Gas lid in bed floor
- Reflexxions 2" cowl induction hood
- New Chrome '93 grill shell

Paint:
- House of Kolor Stratto Blue on bottom half of truck, Orion Silver (with rainbow ultra mini flake) on top, with a 1/2" Pavo Purple stripe seperating the 2 colors.
- Paint runs across core support, firewall, through doors jambs, across dash door panels, back of cab, and inside the bed.
- 5 Liters of Spies Hecker clear was used on the truck and sanded/buffed to a mirror shine

Interior:
- Custom built all metal dash, door panels, console, and rear cab cover
- Smoothed and painted A-pillars, and quarter window panels
- Shaved and painted factory column with nothing but a billet tilt lever on it
- Painless wiring 10 switch panel for starting the truck and other components
- Triple pillar pod with KP Components Air Ride gauges
- Tweed headliner and floor
- '97 S-10 seats two-toned with blue and grey tweed

Engine:
- Chevy 355 c.i.d. motor
- Two-piece rear main seal block
- 4-bolt main
- Speed Pro 286 cam
- Flat Top Pistons
- Polished intake
- Ceramic Coated Patriot Headers
- Demon 650 Carb
- Chrome alternator, water pump, fuel pump block off plate
- March Alternator bracket
- Proform HEI Distributor with 50,000 volt coil
Once again many more extras that I can't think of right now

Suspension:
- 2 Viair 380 compressors
- 7 gallon slim and skinny air tank
- 8 1/2" Blitzluft valves with all 1/2" line
- 125 cu ft. Nitrogen bottle in cab
- KP Components 6-link painted Stratto Blue
- Contitech 2600# bags in rear
- ART LCA's
- BYC Uppers
- Slam Specialties RE-6's in front
- All new Tie Rods, center link, and pittman arm, all painted Stratto Blue
- Frame taken down to bare metal and painted Orion Silver with the flake

Wheels:
- 20x8.5" Coy's Rodder 5's

Tires:
- Nitto NT555's
- 245/35/ZR20's
- Wheels and tires are in VERY good shape with only 2000 miles since new.

Now for the important details...

The truck has been shot for Mini Truckin this past July by Chad Lucas. I have at least 4 other mags/videos (Tailgate, Crime pays Video, Gauge, Street Trucks) wanting to shoot it now, so it's garnering attention everywhere. The truck placed First in it's class at Texas Heat Wave (Chevy/GMC Mini Truck Full Open Bed), 2nd at Fall Fest (Domestic Mini Truck Wild class), and received Mini Truckin's Editor's Choice Award there, and at Turkey Drag I received First in Class (82-93 S-10 Wild), Best Suspension, and Mini Truckin Editor's Choice again.
