Q: Hey Josh, I would like to see some images of the interior, seats, dash, rear, etc. I would also like to see the rear farme setup before the body was placed on it. Also maybe some rear shots as well as it sits. Does the car have glass in it? hard to tell from images. Is the bamboo roof retractable? Does everything in the car work, like fuel gauge, speedo and odometer? Please let me know. The car is a bit more than I can afford to do at the moment but I may be interested in presenting you an offer, depending on the pictures and info you can provide. I have $17k to play with and I am very interested in the car, so please let me know what you can do. Thanks
A: the int. seats are out of a 60s school bus splitbacks and bottoms they where green i diyed them grey dash is stockcluster w/oil /temp only gag. it has $900 IN DYAMAT in it i have all the hardware for glass ive been gathering up as far as crank mec. and tracks ..... no act. glass for it yet......... my glass guy said bout 600 for it all and insalled him supplying felts........ the roof dose not retract pro. not a hard task to make happen thought....... and my buddy jason at grimesgarage.com did my rails they are realy sweet they tapper down in the front like 32rails he won the FAY BUTTLER award for metal work at DETROIT AUTORAMA last year hes pretty slick at the frame and sup. stuff well known round these parts.. its 3 linked in rear w/9" in rear w/ posie no speedo just guess at that not hard to do either as far as installing one it has a 95 vet 700r4/w factory2500 stall all new remind you and 72 stingray motor 350/370h.p it will REALY REALY SCARE THE SHIT RIGHT OUT OF YOU and i have every recpit for every nickle ive spent on it ive spent 1300 on carbs and 80 a pice on snorkles and milled out stainless 3'4'5 " stacks under them all offinhouser as well as the $250 for vavle covers are offy it has a mallory dist, tack drive w/ tack drive tac. as well......... i will have to some how scan pic of some of your frame request but i can send some now and when my wife gets home she can send the frame pics i will get you someframe pics asap but ,man i tell you its gonna take 18500 and if not i will finish it for 3more grand and then its gonna take a bunch more to get it....... i have had a bunch of fun in this car and it has won some realy kickass awards like best of show at WORLD OF WHEELS INDY its also was picked their by olschool rods and ck delux mag. as best of show their as well it won best of BETTERSVILLE and i got the lou. slugger bat to my town for it as well and at frog follies it won best chop and peoples choi. out of 4500 cars thats only just a few................. this car is unlike anything you ever owned ive had vets,porsh. sportscars , hotrods 60 and 70s nothing like this have i ever got this much atteiton in any car............. i realy would hate to see her go............................. ive put a lot of time in this car.............................. but ive had it 2 years now and im board thats why i was going to finish it just simply board with it as it is now but will send you pics asap thanks josh
