| This is a 1978 CJ 5 jeep. it has the straight 6 with a 3 speed tranny, 4wd with lockouts. THIS JEEP RUNS AND DRIVES!! it has a new 1bbl carb on it, new 15" american racing rims with a 30" bridgestone duler AT tire. the frame it solid, NO RUST, NO HOLES, the body has a few nics and dents but is pretty solid. the floor boards are pretty solid with the exception of 1 quarter size rust spot (not bad) the o.g. dash is still in the jeep just covered up to be made solid. all the wireing has been replaced with just 2 toggle switches and a push button. (1 switch for your coil, 1 switch for headlights and tail lights and a push button for your ignition) i have the factory speedo and cable, and the oil pressure gauge. it needs new brakes put on, they work but could need replaced, a new windsheld (40.00) mine has a crack in it.
this is not a perfect jeep that is why i have it listed for 1600.00 dollars i would be interested in trading for a rail buggy, 4 wheeler or a street bike. also i have a CLEAN AND CLEAR TN. TITLE. |
