| I've got a very well cared for 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x2 that is available for a parts vehicle. This SUV currently needs a Head gasket because the original one is blown! This can not be driven, and should be trailered, or towed when picked up. There are TONS of great usable "NEW" parts on this truck. The entire rear end is less than one year old. The radiator is less than 3 months old. The tires are in great shape, and about one year old. The front wheel bearings are about one year old. Brakes are in this year as well all around rotors too. The coils are a little over a year old. The inside of the truck is great. There aren't any smells, or tears in the seats. The headliner is intact and very nice. All the glass is great. The body panels have some dings, and scratches, but they're all there! wheels are great and balanced. I'll simply say it's a great Jeep to throw a motor in, or rebuild what's there. It's the 4.0L that was standard for these. There are about 317,000 miles on the blown motor, but 317,000 miles on an original motor is UNREAL!! These are great motors, and if you're looking at this ad, then I'm not telling you anything you don't know! It was always serviced on time and was maintained far above average. It had a radiator rupture, and caused it to overheat thus blowing the head gasket. The trans. shifts and runs great as it should. All the gauges work, as well as the A/C. There is an aftermarket radio in the Jeep, and I have no idea what was done with the stock one. With a new head gasket, and oil change, you could easily be driving this Jeep again, and run it another 300K. I don't really want to mess with fixing the Jeep. I was given this from my father, so it's just "extra" for me, and I've already got plenty. I'm not looking to part the thing out piece by piece either. I would prefer to sell the Jeep as a whole, and you can decide what you want to keep, or toss. The rear end in this Jeep was easily the same as my current asking price, but I'll sell OBO. I'll consider trades too. Just let me know what you've got, and we'll see what we can work out from there. I like the typical guy toys, and hand held items that go BANG...
