| I'm smoothing welds and cleaning it up right now, I just threw it all together in the pic to give a ruff idea of it $1500 OBO or trade for a full air ride kit 3/4 frame origanally built for a ex cab S10, tho it could be shortened to a standard cab size with 2 cuts. Its all 2x4 box tubing with internal gusset for strength, but a cleaner look once metal finished. All the round tube is 1.25" OD DOM. The rear is narrowed about 3-4 inchs of boths side to allow a wide wheel. The notch is made to lay on a 22 inch wheel, MAYBE a 24 with rubber band tire, but never measured tires for 24's so idk. The entire frame is TIG welded except for the plug welds for the gussests. I built a bridge with the lower bag mounts on it, which also it where the 4 link was designed to mount. The 4 link is a trianglulated setup with all ajustable ends with hiems, tho 1 is missing (about $10-$15). The bag mounts are solid mounted so a cantilever can be run, i just ran out of time at school to build it. The front could easily be capped and use the frame for the air tank. Its ready for a front clip and will attach where the factory frame kicks up at the fire wall. The frame as been kept in a shed to keep it out of the weather and all welds have been painted to keep from rusting. This frame was built by me at Wyotech on a frame table. Its not some BS garage job. I was under very watchfull eyes. Some kids were forced to scrap their builds if they were not done correctly. I took my time and everything is quality on this frame, I left the class with a grade off 100 in the shop. more pics of the frame are in this folder.. http://s66.photobucket.com/albums/h259/humanmachinehead/Belair/?albumview=grid If you have any questions just ask. Will consider trades for an old running toyota truck, or partcial trades for air ride parts. I still need a tank and compressors(wanting 2 OB2's), and some superpivots. I CAN NOT HAUL THIS FRAME. You have to come get i |
