Price Reduced!!!! This is you chance to own the custom bike you've always wanted! This is not a cookie-cutter factory chopper. It is 100% one-of-a-kind. This custom build is based off of a 1989 Harley Davidson XLH 1200. Although, the only parts used were the motor, calipers, wire harness, and gauges. The donor bike was bought with about 4850 original miles, was imacuately taken care of and always serviced by the dealer. Since the build was finished there has only been another 100 miles put on the bike. This is not a kit bike. It has a one of a kind frame, hand made gas tank, hand made oil tank, hand made custom built bars, hand made upper motor mount custom built off set front sprocket with chain guard/outer bearing support, hand made rear pegs, hand made license plate bracket, hand made pipes, custom fender mounts, and hand made custom shaped seat with one of a kind hand stiched leather work. As you can see this bike is full of hand made parts and custom machined parts. There is no other chopper like this in the world. All other parts are brand new: 8 inch over stock front forks with streamed lined legs, chrome rotors, braded brake lines and spedo cable, 18 inch rear and 21 inch front chrome 60 spoke wheels, 240 rear and 80/90 front Metzelers, 5 degree wide glide chrome trees, 4 inch chrome risers, chrome hand controls, billet forward controls, bullet style turn signals, new chain, and cat eye taillight. The frame and handle bars have been powder coated pearl orange. The lower motor mount, brake calipers, and gauges have been powder coated in a wrinkle black finish. The paint is all House of Kolor sunset orange pearl and a custom blend sno white pearl. If you look closely you can see some neat paint tricks such as: gold leaf pinstrip and an effect that makes it look like there are water droplets. The motor was left primarily stock with the only performance up-grades being: custom straight-through pipes, torque cones, K &N air filter, and a re-jetted carb. I also put a new clutch in and a new shifter cam follower for crisper shifts. This bike is registered in the State of California as a 1989 Harley Davidson Sportster.
