| 2000 Tahoe built as a show truck in Florida. First off this truck started life as a 2000 Tahoe 4x4. When the lift was done which is a 16" two wheel drive kit plus a 3" body lift the front diff was taken out since they didn't make a kit that big without going to straight axle. The 4x4 push button transfer case is still in the truck just minus the drive shaft. So to go back 4x4 there are two options. Straight axle or drop down to a 12 inch kit and put a ifs diff back in. The truck was built as a show truck so didn't need 4x4 this is how I purchased it. At the time the suspension and lift was done the frame was taken completely off the truck and was fully boxed and reinforced then sanded and all powder coated gloss black. While in the shop it received a big brake upgrade all the way around the truck. She stops and drives very nice for as big as she is. Fox reservoir shocks duals up front single in back. I have had her on 400 over 90 mph on gps which is impressive for the size of this monster. The Tahoe sits on 44x21x20 iroks on 20 x14 custom weld wheels. The tires don't have but 25% tread left but I have ridden on them the last two years I had the truck as it's not my daily driver. I may have put 5000 miles on it since I owned it. Since I have owned it I have redone all heim joints on sway bars and entire lift. I had a new driveshaft built and balanced and the whole rearend rebuilt with new carrier new 4.38 Richmond ring and pinion all bearings and seals not even 600 miles ago. New set of 6000k hids in headlights. Retinted all windows plus entire windshield. New alpine CD player and door speaker. Alpine amp and 2 12" kicker L5 square subs in a ported box. The truck runs and drives great has never left me stranded or failed to start since I have had it. It has the 5.3 motor in it which is all stock except exhaust and gears. 127,000 miles. Plenty of power to turn the tires. Truck would be great as I have used it for for advertising a business and parades, concerts and monster jam or throw a front axle in it with some tractor tires and have one hell of a mud truck.
