1992 Honda Civic LX Sedan. Rare B18C3 engine swap w/TypeR LSD transmission

Will take cash or trade ONLY for a mini truck that runs, drives and doesn't have electrical issues - I DON'T WANT TO TRADE FOR ANOTHER HONDA!
CLEAN TITLE IN HAND

Has NO A/C
Has NO Power Steering (has a rebuilt manual rack from an 95 DX civic).

The motor has 5,000+ miles and was properly broke in. Every seal and part on the engine/head rebuild was brand new from Acura. Does not smoke and Doesn't grind or pop out in any gear. Body has 150K+

Type R S80 transmission with LSD & 4.7 final gear
Exedy stage 1 clutch, Centerforce flywheel & ARP flywheel bolts
Custom candy green painted valve cover (cut to expose cam gears)
Mishimoto half length radiator w/black Samco hoses
Skunk2 Alpha Series 4-2-1 header with 2.5" piping, Megan exhaust & no cat.
