Custom built frame up restoration 1969 GMC half ton pickup. Took me
approx. one year to complete this truck. Has around 700 miles since
rebuild. Installed custom built Speed-O-Motive 415 small block dynoed
at 504 hp @ 5500 RPM, 554 lbs. ft torque @ 4200 RPM. Has Brodix Track 1
aluminum heads, 10.2 compression, 286H Comp. roller cam 230 dir., @ .50
lift. Ross forged pistons, Eagle rods, Cola stroker crank. Also has
Hamburger pan with windage tray and scraper, Edelbrock Performer RPM
intake, Holley ProJection 4 fuel injection with O2 feedback system. Is
running an Accel HEI ignition, 3 stage NOS nitrous with up to 600 HP
assist. Further equipment includes Hooker ceramic coat 1 headers, full
3" Hooker exhaust with crossover, TCI turbo 400 trans. with Yank stall
converter and Superbell bellhousing, four core radiator, aux. trans.
cooler, 120 amp Wrangler alternator, aluminum water pump, roller timing
set, vacuum reserve tank, and an Optima battery. Has traction bar leaf
rear suspension with 12 bolt 3:42 posi. BF Goodrich Radial TA 275-60 15
tires on chrome smoothie wheels, 8" front, 10" rear. Converted two piece
driveshaft to one piece with safety hoops. Front brakes converted to
factory power disc. Also has factory power steering and cold factory
Four Seasons air conditioning. Have added an aux. rear fuel tank for a
total of 40 gallons. Interior includes velour bucket seats with factory
center console, full carpet and factory headliner. Cobra 40 channel CB,
Pioneer cassette stereo, aux. gauges and NOS timer also. All new
weatherstrips and trim. Also has factory vinyl top and Custom trim
including woodgrain interior and exterior trim. Has a Gaylord fiberglass
solid tonneau cover and carpeted bed. Has many other extras too
numerous to list. Rust free body sprayed with Chromabase urethane
basecoat-clearcoat system. This truck is a blast to drive, just one half
throttle get you smiling. Truck is road ready, I use 93 octane with a quart
of Torco racing fuel additive. Approx. 8 MPG. Highly recommend shipping
or trailering if any great distance. Truck has no major problems, some oil
leaks, cruise control not yet connected, have an uninstalled line lock
and also a rev limiter for it.
Sold as is, no warranty. I've owned since 1985. Garage kept. Motivated to
sell.
